We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Corporate Partnerships Officer to contribute to WWF’s mission by developing partnerships with corporate supporters and ensuring the successful implementation of fundraising initiatives and relevant communication plans. As part of the Engagement and Resource Mobilisation team, the role will contribute to the organisation’s objectives by supporting strategic approaches to corporate engagement and achieving financial targets within the corporate fundraising portfolio.
What you will be doing:

Together with the Corporate Partnership Manager ensures the implementation of the annual plan for attracting corporate donors and partners for the organization

Researches, analyses and offers potential corporate partners for WWF-Bulgaria, establishes contact and initiates meetings, supports negotiations
-
Communicates the organisation's mission and goals clearly and effectively, and creates digital content for the corporate partners and supporters

Updates and maintains a database of corporate partners and related documentation and is responsible for achieving the set financial indicators

Prepares reports related to the implementation of activities and detailed communication plans in accordance with the signed contracts, and monitors the deadlines and submitted content against the defined parameters

Coordinates with other colleagues, engaged in the process of planning, implementation, and reporting on contract activities with corporate donors, supporters, and partners
-
If needed, acts as project manager for conservation related corporate partnerships by ensuring all necessary processes related to project planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting in line with the organization’s standards
Who are we looking for:

University degree in marketing, journalism, public relations, ecology or related field

At least three years of professional experience in marketing, sales, public relations, or fundraising

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent sales and problem-solving skills

Ability to present information and concepts in convincing and engaging ways

Attention to detail, positive attitude and resilience

Excellent coordination and organizational skills
-
Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Interest and motivation in the area of nature protection
